Where are your products manufactured?

Our exclusive range of designer masks are made to order by local London tailors for Jo Jo Creative Designs.

Our Premium masks and range of 3-ply disposable masks are manufactured by our partners in Indonesia. They have all been product tested to the highest standards, and extensive market research has ensured they offer durability, safety and comfort.

What is the difference between the Premium and Tailored masks?

The Premium masks have a lighter, silkier feel to the outside lining and cover a larger area of the face. They have been extensively tested and fit all face shapes comfortably, offering full protection and breathability. The inner lining is 100% cotton and outer fabric is either polyester or chiffon.

The Tailored masks are more sculpted around the nose and chin and have our signature black trim, providing increased durability. Cleverly designed to stop glasses and sunglasses fogging up, the cut does not interfere with your peripheral vision. The majority of this designer range are reversible – so they offer two looks for the price of one.

Both styles of mask are machine washable.

Are there various sizes available?
The Adult masks are one size fits all. Children’s masks are currently one size, but we are looking to extend our tailored range to offer sizes from toddler to tween.
What materials are used to create the masks?
All linings across the range are 100% cotton and all ear loops are elastic. Premium masks have an outer lining that is either made from chiffon or polyester; tailored masks have an outside layer that is either 100% cotton, scuba or polyester. Please see individual mask descriptions for specifics.
How do I wash my mask?
Tailored masks can be washed up to 30 times at 30⁰C and Premium masks up to 10 times at 40-60⁰C using normal laundry detergent. Both types can be hand washed with warm water. Alternatively, masks can be stored in a paper bag in a warm dry place for 72 hours before re-using.
Can I cancel my mask subscription?

Mask subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but if the current month’s subscription box has already been posted, the cancellation will not be effective until the following month and charges will apply.

Shipping and Returns

How do I return my order?

We have a 28-day exchange policy for faulty goods.

Please return faulty items to: Jo Jo Creative Designs Ltd, The Lodge, Hill Court, Main Road, Romford, Essex RM1 3DA, and a replacement will be sent out to you straight away.

Can I cancel my order?

Once payment has been processed, masks are non-refundable.

Can I make changes to my order?

 Once payment has been processed, orders cannot be changed.

What shipping options are available?

First Class: £2.49

Second Class: £0.99

Free shipping is available for orders of £25 or more.
